I have one for a week now and it's almost perfect! With that said, there is one thing that can be improved, the white round top that screws in the top stainless steel base of the filter, instead of being plastic could be in ceramic! All in all this water fountain is superb!!!

I've had my kitten for 4 months and I'm already on my 3rd fountain. Gave up on ceramic models after the first one cracked and the pump went out on the 2nd within a month or so. Really happy with the stainless steel model that I have now but this looks like one to consider in the future.

Which stainless steel do you have and do you still use it? Is it easy to clean?

I love this fountain and so do my 3 cats. I bought 2! I also have the Eversweet Solo2. Here’s my issue…. The little plastic tray, on top, broke within a month. The little bolt, that screws in, shredded. I was disappointed to see that the new Eversweet pro 3 has the same part. I’m in contact with PetKit Support. They’re looking to see if they can get me another top. I just wish the bolt was stainless steel for durability and to tighten better. That’s my ONLY con! It’s an amazing product. 😊

How frequently would you have to clean it to prevent slime and mold? I would be putting already filtered water in it as well.

Can we use without the filter and the top plastic? As we don’t want any bio foam to build up bacteria and definitely don’t want any plastic

Have you by chance tried the Furrytail Clear Drinking Cat Filtered Water Fountain? If so could you share your experience and how it compares pros and cons to the Eversweet 3?

I don’t know how to reset the lifespan of the filter in the app. I just changed the filter but I can not reset the number of days before changing.

Hiya - I can't find this answer ANYWHERE so hoping you can help! I have the Petkit Pura X automatic litter box and it works with the Petkit app. Does the Eversweet 3 work with the app as well?

Hi! Not that I know of. I don’t think it has any WiFi capabilities to allow it to communicate with the app. I think they have other fountains that do though

I'm disappointed that the plate the cats drink from is plastic. When they have gone to the trouble of making the inside stainless steel, it makes no sense to have the plastic where the cats drink. I've had one cat who developed chin acne from plastic, so I will avoid this fountain. Too bad. It looks like a nice fountain.

it turns on and off to conserve energy but what turns it on a timer or a motion sensor?

Bought the Eversweet 3 pro and to be honest not happy. First, the customer support was really bad, never got a confirmation email, and when finally got the product I didn't get a receipt from them. Second...it does not have a window to see the water level which is bad, you depend on 100% the app which sucks! is clearly translated from Chinese and it's not clear at all, but apart from that it's quite insecure and requests access to the internet all the time to track data is doesn't really need and if you say no you can't connect to the fountain at all and also limits the number of characters your password can have which is a super red flag! I did like the wireless pump, totally but again, if you can't connect to the app you need to open it up to see how much water is left... BAD! I'm still trying to return the fountain and so far customer support is avoiding me so, PETKIT is not recommended.
