La SWA CUP est la compétition de street workout / calisthenics, organisé par SWA, la marque française spécialisée dans le domaine da la callisthénie.
Pour sa 3ème édition, la SWA CUP a eu lieu le samedi 27 avril 2024 à Vitré (35).
Cette compétition était aussi l'étape française qualificative pour la SWUB VI (Street Workout Ultimate Battle 6) qui se déroule le 22 Juin 2024 à Madrid.

I can't find any strength moves from short people impressive, I'm sorry hahaha it's just so easy for them. Some guys under 1.70cm get the front lever, for example, in a matter of 2/3 months. I'm 1.80cm, with big calves, I've been training front lever for 1.6 years, and I still don't have the straddle... and this applies to all calisthenic movements, physics helps short people with thin legs. Bring me someone really impressive... like Laizans (although laizans most likely have small calves).
