I agree it looks and feels great but it’s Bauer and we will see how long it last. If I see some take some abuse and last I’ll buy a couple.

Same exact thing as my AG5NT these sticks arent going to get noticeably lighter than that ! I like my vapor 5x the best stick i own ! Bar down all day wit it maybe when I break my ag5nt ill grab this but not until then save my 400$

Unfortunately Bauer time and time again keeps sacrificing durability for less weight, and almost everyone I play with that buys a top end Bauer stick breaks it almost immediately or within a couple weeks. Then I hear people say “ well your paying for performance not durability “, but this only happens this much with Bauer. My LX Pro has well over 100 games and no issues at all, and it slings rockets with ease. A teammate bought a brand new Hyper2Lite and broke it on the first slapshot at a tryout. I play in high tier ice leagues and in a professional roller league for P.I.H.A. and my LX Pro has zero chips or damage after months and months of abuse. A guys brand new Bauer Agent’s blade breaks in half within the first week. Bauer bought all that Easton tech, then took that tech and used it to build amazing sticks, but they took all the durability out as well. I almost bought one of these the other week. The Proto looks amazing, it felt great in the hands, and the guy using one at the store was ripping shots. Then I looked at the price, thought about all the Bauer horror stories I’ve heard and seen first hand, and went with the CCM FT Ghost instead. If they’re anything like the Trigger 7 Pro then I know it’ll last through dozens if not hundreds of games. I’m sorry Bauer, but I’d rather have a 365-400 gram stick that last longer then the 30 day warranty then a 335-345 gram stick that is guaranteed to break within the first couple uses, games, weeks or month. Please add some weight back for durability, and next time you release a Synergy look alike just remember the silver one doesn’t have grip and most people hate grip on sticks.

My trigger 7 pro is amazing I got it after the 8 released so it was wayyyyyy cheaper and it’s great so far. And looks sick

@@user-zc1pt8dl3n really? What flex and where did you get it? Could be a factory defect. The LX sticks are really good and the new LX2 Pros come with a 60 day warranty.

@@ArchieCrypto I got a 9x catalyst on warranty and I’m in deep regret, i had a 75 flex which is actually a bit stiffer then I would usually use(135 pounds) the lx was incredibly effortless but I’m probably gonna sell the 9x and I’m looking into the trig7 pro on sale for 250 cad in a 70 flex, or a ft5 pro same price. Pretty good deals

Honestly, the expensive sticks are so breakable. Best stick in my opinion for weight, price and durability it has to be the E4

I love my E5 Pro. Just bought a 2nd one last week so I have twins just in case. I've had a 300lb guy fall on it while I was holding it in E league. I felt all of its 70 Flex in action when it happened. Got the toe stuck between boards and thought I cracked it. Nothing but graphic/grip damage after almost a year. I've noticed the more tightly woven carbon fiber is more durable and the weight at 375G is the sweet spot

Every year, some dudes act like "OMG, look at my shot and stick handling with this new stick." You could give any of these guys last year's stick, paint it with the new decals, and they would never know the difference, saying, "Wow, best stick ever!" I'd bet they'd go crazy still over an S17 if it had new paint.

Another marketing gimmick. If you play with anybody at a high level such as juniors, college or above, none of them still use the AGENT sticks and this is another stick using the same technology. I have a buddy who plays for a major junior team and Bauer gave him a few of these to try out. He snapped two of the three in practice and the third one the toe of the blade was mush after a period in one of his scrimmages. That was it, he said it was trash. He went back to his FT6 Pro.

I got a AG5NT and its not my fav twig i love the bauer vpor 5x. I wasted 400$ on the ag5nt. This is the same shit. U cant tell the difference from holdin the ag5nt to my vapor 5 i let everyone hold both
