You dont need much of a dash, temp, oil,amps and tach, ignition switch, start button and a few light switches! A square foot will easily accommodate that! I think your primary concern before seating are controls, that will dictate everything else! 🇦🇺👍

Avery, move the engine to the back and the tanks to the front. it will give you more useable space. get some scales and weigh front and rear to make sure you have balance.

Been looking forward to seeing more of this thing very cool You should put a couple bench seats along the 2 sides and have them face inward you don’t necessarily have to sit facing the front - they you’re up higher as well

green drawing on the top front of the windshield frame shows a possible snorkel location.

Motor might be riding higher so you can put a bilge and pump in it. You could build a doghouse over the motor like an old van and build a dash around that. Could give access to certain parts of the motor too. Find a newer wrecked Corvette and steal the steer by wire mechanism out of it and you could put a joystick on the dash. :)

Hay Avery stand in front of the swamp donkey on the passenger side and driver side top window frame they drew a pic of a air snorkel. it not set up to suck air from the side compartment . cut a hole in side brace and run piping up the window frame with a 180 degree or add a snorkel filter (beaded kind that have a cap)

Awesome, rig iv had a similar idea for a while now. Stop and go through the plans that came with it. I would love to see the plans and drawings

cut the windows in half right across and make the cab windows higher and then make a new floor higher up so you can walk in it the build a higher roof and put seats along the side in the back driver can sit right side but higher up now easy lol have fun

Shovel the snow out of that thing so your buddy can see what he's actually dealing with Avery. It's a easy job to lift the windshield up to whatever it needs to be. A couple weeks should be able to deal with most things worst case scenario another week which I doubt..you'll need. looking forward to see this thing get done. Reminds me of my days as a fabricator, welder, fitter! myself. Avery I think the biggest issue at hand is that bear belly of yours, once you get that out of the way, the fabrication shouldn't be a issue at all. LOL Should be a very straightforward job just about everything is already done for ya Avery. Shouldn't take much more work at all. Don't drill holes into the floor Avery put in a couple bilge pumps Avery, just like they installed in boats remember its a swamp buddy. You have to keep the water out of this thing!

Set er up like an actual argo. Centre of gravity in the middle,steer and drive from the middle, Run a removable bench seat across and build a doghouse of some sort to cover the motor. Then hook up a blower motor to get the water out of it if need be.

How much clearance do you need to get to the oil plug in the pan?

You Should contact the TV show Swamp People Serpent Invasion and Somehow incorporate your swamp donkey build with that show and I would imagine they could give you good information on your build and maybe the show will pay for the build
