Yeah, this omni goes so nicely with Lemire's Animal Man. All the tie-ins are great.

U really witness the insane power swamp thing can have in this run, becoming mountains and even the planet.

N52 Swampy was a great followup read to Alan Moore's run.

Alan Moore’s six trades of his Swamp Thing run is my favourite Alan Moore work & probably my favourite comic run ever!This omnibus looks great & Scott Snyder on top form is one of my favourite more modern day comic writers.Looks like one I’ll have too pick up for sure.

that's a crazy looking book. the art is so over the top throughout but really well done and so cool. it just never stops

Soule’s run is what got me into swamp thing as it seemed to go so much deeper into his psyche, motivations and struggles. The Snyder run while good felt like another super hero book and that’s not when I think Swamp Thing shines. DC really did Soule wrong not having his name on the cover.

I got this the other month since I've always wanted to get into swampy and MAN I dug the run so much I ended up reading Moore's run and they are such good compliments to one another

I feel like how Synder piggy backs on the Moore run, Lemire Peggy backs off of the Morrison animal man run. They both touch upon those earlier runs. I thought these omnis were really fun.

I've only read some Swamp Thing here and there but Ram V's Swamp Thing has been so dope! It's got me wanting to check out other runs, including this one.

Actually just got the complete set of the Scott Snyder Swamp Thing TPB at Half Price Books. With the sale, I think the total was about $40 - $50, so I think it was a pretty good deal. Really looking forward to reading them!

I never really read any Swamp Thing. I think I'm going to pick up that Alan Moore saga book one, and see where it goes. I might have been traumatized off the cheesy '80s movie.

This was a pretty Interesting take on Swampthing. As well as Abby. She’s more like Sarah Connors than she is like Abby from the Moore run. I like Snyder. You should’ve or should read Nancy Collins Swampthing omnibus

I read Swamp Thing by Moore but felt it didn't have any action. It was just very slow. Couldn't get into it. The art was amazing no question about that.

Moore’s run is king, but Swamp Thing has consistently good runs.

The new 52 Swamp Thing is very good I think. It falls in two rather different blocs by Snyder and Soule. The Charles Soule run being somewhat better than Snyders as it is less fueled by horror tropes and standard superheroics and more by a sense of strange tragic adventure. The art is nothing short of fantastic in most parts. Highly recommended!

Charles Soule was the first writer that I truly hated because of a comic that he wrote. He took over Red Lanterns and he’s very first issue utterly destroyed it. In his first issue he had Guy Gardner beat Atrocitus in one page, one page!!! And actually take his ring, no, just no. To hell with you Charles & I’ll never read another comic by you, and I never did.
