They said it couldn't be done, we did it anyways..... the front frame rails were bent so the car was cut clean off at the firewall and the whole front clip was replaced. The car was repaired back to spec, not patched together to make a race. Thanks for sharing your videos for us folks who can't get to the track.

CJRC does a whole front clip and get's the car back and ready to hit the track. I have helped do chassis work and worked as a welder. That is incredible to have that car at the track. Truly bad ass. Now go put that car in victory lane man.

They most definitely have turned out to be an incredible team when I seen them here in Denver 3 years ago and they grenaded their motor their weekend was over but they still stuck around and tried so hard to get their car back on the track and now look at them they have grown so much and turned into such a formidable team capable of winning any event they go to

Monza is there, Steve did his pit tour and Monza's truck and trailer were there but he hadn't unloaded yet. SG is young, well funded and very driven. Jerry and Brandon only have 1 helper I believe and the new car is coming soon, I don't think he had any real mechanical damage though so I bet he runs this wknd.

Pulling a rabbit out of a hat. I thought they would be out for the season but very impressed to see them back so fast. Now other teams need to step up their game or look foolish by not showing up. I thought that car was a total loss.

@Erikk Hyndman Well let's see, the front of the frame had to be cut off and replaced, Parts of the rear of the frame had to be cut off and replaced, The rear axle mounts had to be replaced, All the wiring and electronics had to be replaced, The front and rear suspension had to be replaced, The front body, windshield , door windows, wheely bars, all shocks, roll bars, right wheel tub, rear quarter panel, fuel tank, firewall, fire system, and I am sure there was more.

I've been around and worked on race cars all my life and I know how bad that car was hurt and it doesn't even seem possible to do what that did and then they had to get the car to NH it's just crazy my mind cannot comprehend it!
