thank you 🙂. the engine mounts are of my design and construction. the gearbox mounting in this set is n52b25. gearbox and drive shaft also n52b25. ms45 engine controller from E60 530i processed, immobilizer off, catalytic converter probes off. Chinese parallel exhaust manifolds (decat option) dedicated to E46. the remaining part of the n52b25 exhaust (of course, this connection required small modifications 😉) if you need more information, ask 😉

A to już zależy od ustawienia pozycji silnika. U mnie silnik stoi dokładnie w miejscu N52. (Oczywiście mam też set który ustawia -2cm do motorsportu oraz -4cm dla s54b32 bez przeróbek sanek i miski ale ze sklepaną ścianą grodziową 😉)

this is possible in every e9x, but depending on which 2.0 engine it is and what year it is, the wiring harness on the body side is slightly different. mechanically it is done practically every time in the same way. You can find many shorter videos about such swaps on my tikotok ;) video with subtitles ;)

the only engine controller that you can use for such a swap is the Ms45 controller from the E60 car, only this controller provides us with the appropriate type of CAN (pt-can). the same When it comes to the engine wiring harness, the only one that can be used is the one from the E60 (of course, if we are talking about solutions that are most compatible with the e9x body). of course, there is also the issue of rebuilding the connection of the engine electrical installation and engine controller with the bodywork installation. I discuss it in two other videos 😉 unfortunately in Polish and without subtitles but you can also find them on my tiktok where they are automatically translated 😉 nickname on tiktok Krzysztofwronawecc.

Silnik z E46 do e92 m54b30 Orginalny silnik jaki był w e92 to n43b20 W silniku oginalnym nie było zaworka ( elektozaworu) od wody.

@@Sorin-ln9hf old type m54 dual mass flywheel (without bearing) Plus a bearing relocator (a simple adapter that moves the bearing from the crankshaft 1.5 cm to the rear - this way we obtain a support point for the shorter shaft of the gearbox used). clutch: you can use a 228mm clutch from n52B25, but here a set was used: clutch disc M47D20 (E90 6 speeds) and pressure plate M54 (E46). You can also use the complete clutch set from the E60 M54. the rest of the elements, i.e. the release bearing, clutch lever and N52B25 slave cylinder. Regards

@@Sorin-ln9hf I'll give you a hint. you cannot use these elements with 4 cylinder: clutch lever, release bearing. the clutch lever can be used from any E46. however, the release bearing with m54 E60, m54 X3, m47 E90 etc. you will not need to relocate the bearing from the shaft. gs6 17 with n46 has a long shaft reaching to the crankshaft bearing (as in 5-speed gearboxes). you can find a lot of videos on this topic on tiktok (Krzysztofwronawecc) best regards
