As someone who grew up in Colwood I sometimes forget that LRR aren't just people in my phone but exist in my hometown. Then I see stuff like this where they are bumming around the JDF rec centre and the Esquimalt Lagoon and all my old stomping grounds and it's very surreal. It's kind of weird that I never ran into any of them, seeing as Victoria is pretty small and I definitely hung out in MtG/comics stores like Yellowjacket a fair amount.
