I love reading challenges and while this one didn't quite go to plan, I still feel like it was a fun challenge to do this week. I definitely want to do it again during the summer months!

I used to struggle with having a lot of screen time too. I think what helped me is setting a timer for myself to scroll for 10-15 minutes and then getting up a doing something else.
