could be a royalties issue is why is not on there , few these guys made it big after this song and their managers most likely won't allow it unless they get a good chunk out of it , and the amount of rappers on it , going be hard to get those royalties out , and i honest don't think eminem really cares , he does alot free stuff for these guys alone on this song!
