Antina Unde/antnunde is one of the healthiest unde/laddu . It is usually given to the new mothers to regain the nutrition, that has been lost during child birth. For growing kids this laddu is an excellent source of all nutrients. It is a super nutrient food for all ages.

Thanks for trying a substitute for dairy products. I tried olive oil only to puff up the Gond. In the end even I added a tbsp. Of coconut oil.

this is recipe for bananthi, no cashews are added. so you can add cashews, walnuts and pecans should be ok but not the pista .

+NH R For anemia, eat raisins, dates, almonds and walnuts. To absorb that you need vitamin C. For that once or twice a day drink a cup of warm water with lemon juice and honey(honey must be pure,raw and non pasteurized).

+chandana swachanda You can Chandana, during pregnancy, if you don't have any health issues you can eat anything healthy ( except cane juice, don't know why) all in moderation :) mainly consume protein foods like kosambari, after 5 months drink almond saffron milk...

+chandana swachanda don't put too much saffron 1 to 2 strands enough per day, soak badami, if you have uttutte or dates soak that also and grind it.add this and saffron to milk and drink
