One great thing about enjoying a boodle fight feast is eating with your hands --- you didn't do justice to the food as there's so much left ... sure you use spoon & fork in Sweden ... cutlery is used in the Philippines as well ... but again the fun of this delicious feast spread out on banana leaves is eating with one's hands ... that's the whole premise ... so enjoy!

That is a traditional "Kamayan" when you eat with hands on a buffet of food on whole banana leaves, the army/ soldiers called it a "boodle fight - that is always fun and yummy food. Enjoy and thank you for sharing.
