Swedish Meatballs & Pasta (My Style)

3 жыл бұрынThis was a quick dinner and my style of Swedish Meatballs. I would have really preferred homemade meatballs, but honestly just didn’t have the time. These were a quick substitute. However, I hope you try & enjoy this recipe anyways. Just don’t burn the garlic bread like I did while filming. Blessings y’all!

Sauce looks great! I tried those meatballs months ago during the height of the pandemic and I didn’t care for them at all! When I make my homemade meatballs I soak a piece of “old” bread in milk

They were not my favorite and a beef-based meatball is so much better to me. I think these would have been okay in a spaghetti or Italian dish instead. I will be making my own next time for sure. Q: Does the milk bread act as a binder?

@@deeme7461 not really, I still add the egg but the soaked bread I think adds moistness. Sorry I know people hate that word!

Sour cream is the secret ingredient! I definitely would recommend a beef based meatball though. These were pork based - not as good for Swedish style meatballs but okay for spaghetti. This pasta was delicious and I would certainly buy it again!
