Let's all not forget the unsung heroes that froze their arses off waiting and fixing the cars at the service areas - it's so difficult to use tools when it's that cold, never mind using them fast.

this was the race I fell in love with rally. anything off tarmack. that's why I have a 1980 CJ7, 87 samurai and an 85 RX7 that I have since made an EV that I'm always upgrading as tech is proven. but these drivers were my heroes and mentors. thanks for posting.

Pure soul. Cars and drivers are full of soul. Today's cars are like PlayStation. I hope you enjoy your vehicles a lot.

The epic drivers, epic cars, this was the peak of rally IMO. Still watch WRC, but this is more exciting to me.

Stig was my favorite driver ever. Only Colin McRae was like him in the newer version. Today's cars are like PlayStation. Group b cars was a suicide excursion. Lovely years

@@team3383 Are you one of those anti-science cultists who think the earth is going to explode or something? Surely you understand that every 'catastrophe' so far has been easily solved by humanity, like acid rain, ozone layer holes, etc.? Surely you understand that there are lots of positives from global warming too? Have you not read the actual science, the actual predictions of what global warming will cause? And what do you suggest we do? Stop rallying? How is that supposed to solve anything? Even stopping all driving is not necessary, not a solution, and not a net positive AT ALL. Most actions by 'environmentalists' in the past decades has been incredibly harmful, negative, and has been both _detrimental_ to real lowering of emissions as well as created an unfathomable amount of human suffering. MOST of 'environmentalism' in the past decades has been incredibly evil corruption, must pure criminality with a thin mask of ideology used spinelessly as a cover.
