Bryn Terfel sounds like the best Sweeney since Denis Quilley, but this lad is fantastic as Toby. His timing, delivery and singing make this a spotless performance where you can hear all the brilliant wordplay, even when the chorus are singing in counterpoint.

This is an all-star cast, but Kyle Brenn measures well against all of the Tobys. Also, a perfect tempo that allows for everything. (not too fast)

I came for Christian Boyle. Das it. 💜
