This board won’t be that great in Brooklyn. Probably anything would be better. It needs huge long straightish roads with no potholes or rough spots. You won’t be to achieve anything like this in the city. These things also acelérate much slower than most high performance boards

As fast as you want to go, safely. In this video up to around 90km/h, keep in mind, use of electric skateboards in public spaces at your own risk.
