Himachali dry fruits meetha is a Traditional Dessert which is served with Plain rice. All kind of dry fruits is used in this sweet dish. This is basically a sweet gravy of dry fruits served with rice after the meal.
This is the final dish and served as a dessert in Himachali Traditional Food called "Dham". You must try this dish and I can bet you would love to have it again and again.
Ingredients of Meetha: (Sufficient for 5 People)
Desi Ghee - 2 Tablespoons
Sugar - 1 Medium Bowl
Kishmish (Raisins) 50 Grams
Shuhara (Dry Dates) 100 Grams
Coconut Crush 100 Grams
Saunf 10 Grams
Water 2 Glasses.
A pinch of yellow food colour or Haldi.
You can also use milk instead of water or half water and half milk.
