1 part Corn flour/2 part Self rising flour Bout 2.5 to 3 part Water/chicken/add veggies when chicken bout done Sauce: cup of water/ half Tsp Sichuan powder/Generous tablespoon Tomato sauce/Tablespoon Vinegar/half tablespoon Worshishire sauce😅/tablespoon Sugar Dont forget potato starch to thicken(corn starch works too, just mix water and starch then add to sauce) This is my guesstimate😂❤

I remember what the red powder is, and when I first made this recipe ! I used to use a little bit of hot/spicy ingredient/sauce to offset the tartness. Thanks for this video.

I’m only giving suggestions. My uncles recipe also seasoned the chicken with salt and pepper. Sweet and sour sauce maybe also add ginger water, and soak the ginger in the red liquid. Pineapple is good, but adding chili pepper and orange peel can add another dimension to the taste.

The sauce can be overpowering if too much is used. In my opinion, a classier more refined presentation of plating up the dish dry, garnish, and then using a squirt bottle strategically place the sauce over the dish, not to much, not to little. If you're using fresh pineapple chunks, don't forget to blanch them for a few seconds in boiling water because fresh pineapple can cause the sauce to 'break'.
