Aku man cabs labahita ing gagamitan ku. Mas malasa kesa king cream dory. Two minor differences though ning kaku ampo ning kekayung version is aku mangabit kung ditak a celery stalks for added umami ampong keng batter eke yayabe ing egg yolk, egg white mu kasi ing fat content ning egg yolk i find na babawasan ne ing crunchy factor ning batter after frying. Stay healthy and happy cabs. Capampangan tamu talaga mahilig mag lutu ampong mamangan. Aha. 😁

Mga kapatad, kanyaman na ning sweet and sour labahita yo. My mom used to make that when we were small kids growing up in Tarlac. But I think I've not seen them in NYC. Pantunan kula pa. Thank you for sharing and God bless!

I google what is the English name of labahita so that ur viewers will find it easy to buy the fish in the market or on line if they are in another part of the world.English name:surgeon fish or unicorn fish (salt water fish) . Thank u po.
