Take the pork and put it in a pot with some water
Add Ginger, onion sprouts, herbs, apple cider vinegar
then allow everything to simmer
remove the Pork pieces
add oil in a new pan
add some sugar allow the sugar to melt then add some onion sprouts and some ginger
and then mix everything then put your pork meat in
mix everything
add some soy sauce on top of the meat and some syrup
allow everything to simmer add some sugar and salt and water then close your pot
after some time has passed your meat will be ready, serve and enjoy
