This is gonna sound pathetic of me but I'm having withdrawls from being off my depression meds unexpectedly and i was pretty out of it, fever, shuddering, dizziness. I called my boyfriend 3 times. 10 hours later still no response. This really helped me when I was feeling unstable and wasn't sure what I was gonna do to myself 💗
