Don’t feel bad for dropping the key down. If you watch Neil Diamond he as also dropped it down to A on his later live performances and so have I. Age catches up with all of us LOL Give us all another 10 years and all the songs we do will sound like Paul Robeson :-)

something you are doing while strumming down between chord transitions, is it a single up stroke? I can hear it but can't see it.
