SWEET BREAD: (recipe at Panificadora Atma)
IMPROVED RECIPE 2021
INGREDIENTS :
-170 cc of milk at room temperature (not cold or warm)
-2 WHOLE EGGS
-Essence of Vanilla and essence of Pan Dulce (optional)
-Lemon or orange zest
-1 Envelope of Levadira of 10 grams.
-100 gr. Butter cut into cubes
-450 gr. of Common Wheat Flour 000
-100 gr. powdered sugar
-Pinch of salt
-GRIPPED FRUITS, RAISINS AND DRIED FRUITS (they are placed after the kneading is finished) as I show in the video. All the ingredients in the bread maker mold, starting with the liquids, place the mold in the bread maker on its SWEET program, wait for it to knead and mix well, to form the bun, if necessary help with a spatula to integrate the edges of the mlde. Wait for the mixing to finish, then rest, then make a VEEPP and start mixing again, wait for it to finish and remove the dough.
Stretch out on a counter, place the dried and polished fruits and raisins, remove the Mixing Paddle from the machine, it is no longer necessary because it will only rest and heat the dough.
Wait for the programming to finish. Once finished let cool, unmold on a rack to evaporate.
