I'm not sure about the real fur/fake fur thing, but I'm sure Alice, the owner of the shop, can easily tell you if you ask her! She's very responsive. Since she mainly buys her crafting stuff in Tokyo I wouldn't be surprised to find fake fur in that quality, Toyko has very good crafting stores.
