This is a smaller brand new modular home that can be customized several different ways! This prefab house is at a new location that I will be touring several homes at! This modular/prefab home is customizable and is built to state code! The house we are touring today is a “modular.” The manufacturer for this house is Commodore Homes. The model for this home is the “Pinecrest Elite.” This home has 3 bedrooms and 2 bathrooms and has roughly 1,600(heated & cooled) square foot on main level. We have been in the mobile home business for years, and thought why not upload videos about something we can relate to and deal with every day.
We have seen the mobile home business come such a long way. In the old days most people referred to mobile homes as a trailer house. However some of the manufactured homes we carry are far from “trailer houses.”

I really like this home. The only thing it needs to be perfect for me would be sliding glass doors in place of the windows in the dining area. Thanks, Chance for sharing all these beautiful homes! God bless you and your family!

I totally agree sliding glass door in dinning and a Beautiful covered porch off the back to take in the views.. I will be looking for a manufactured home on my PA property soon and this would be perfect. I would also add some shiplap accents in bathrooms with upgrade sinks and mirrors. Still would like a designated spot for a stand up freezer or 2nd fridge.

I am so tired of everyone making a big deal out of stone tile showers. When we see some glass ceramic and sea glass, then I will truly be impressed. I do love the kitchen bank of drawers. Great design sense.

I never had a problem with oval or round sinks until Chance started commenting on how awesome square ones are. Now I wouldn’t have anything but a square bathroom sink. I guess that’s why these KZfaq guys are called “influencers.”🤔😊

Pennsylvania! My state! So glad you made a trip here. Not sure where you all toured, by my area of Lancaster County has a bunch of mobile/modular home sites. This featured home is probably one of my favorites yet! Not just because it's in PA, but because of that KITCHEN, alone! Hope you got to experience some of PA during your stay! I love, love the kitchen and on that back counter I can envision home made pasta and noodles drying there. The sink is great. The master bedroom and bath are great, I like it when the tile goes all the way to the ceiling. The other bedrooms are a nice size. A basement would be nice but not a requirement. I would like to have a screened in porch which it could be put on the front or it could be put on the side with a carport.

Coat closet, larger utility room, shower with hand-held wand in master, and - AND!!! - enough drawers in kitchen to put all those little doodads in which we all collect over time, plus the pantry for the appliances and food stuffs. Very nice.

This is my fav. The only thing I didn’t see is linen closet. But all the cabinets in the utility room might make up for that. Love all the drawers in the kitchen. Just love this one.

Beautiful home inside and out. I like the kitchen size and layout...the color is different, but very pretty. I like the pass through from the main closet to the utility room...wonderful tiled shower. In my opinion, this home is spacious... I like it.

I did notice this was the first of the day, in some areas it seemed you had your camera zoomed in and we missed some stuff. Very very nice smaller home! You have an awesome job going around touring homes to share with us and you do a great job and I enjoy your talking to us and sharing Cullen with us. Maybe one day we’ll get to see your wife but if not I totally understand. Tell her thank you for letting you go everywhere to get us some homes to see.

I love this home! ❤️ I love the layout with the access for a basement, the coat closet and the large utility room. Only things I would change would be the sink by the windows and more storage in the 2nd bathroom. Great tour Chance!!

I'm anxious to see the front kitchen singlewide! My brothers and my sister, both, had singlewides with front kitchens as their first homes. I wondered if they still made them! This one is a very nice one. Thanks Chance.😊

Love the floor plan but will close the door of walking closet on the side of laundry room, left only the way in from master bedroom. This is for safety, no chance for any intruder who might come in at night through the backdoor and have access to bedroom. Dark tiles in the master shower tub should change to be off-white or soft color. The sliding barn door of master bathroom will be installed door locks. If I want to have back porch then the wall by dining area will be changed to sliding glass door. But leave it like that is very nice as well. By far, this house have nice floor plan, nice design & color. 👍

This is a nice one. Like all the drawers but I would rather have the sink there with the drawers. Also love the fact that the tile in the shower goes all the way to the roof that is awesome.

The outside looks great. I love the deep blue and putty colors (at least that's how it looks on film). Beautiful Master bath shower tile. I wouldn't need a basement stair so, that space could be used in the master bath. I hope that tiny, offset mirror in the master bath is someone's idea of a joke. Two that size or one big one to cover both sinks.

The house on this land are beautiful and the grounds are beautiful....love that porch railing color.... love that long counter under the 3 windows...I would rather have had it under the windows...gas stove is awesome....the master shower is gorgeous....that's great it can have a basement.. and perhaps a upstairs....Be Save Be Blessed..you ever coming to Connecticut..

The one thing that I don't like is the sink on the island.I always like the sink overlooking the outside. I would cange that.Glad to see that it has a big pantry. Like the microwave over the stove. I lke a square sink as well, good option. Like the storage room.Glad there is a door in the utility room.

Like most everything about this home. Great size, especially for a starter home or one for a retired couple. Love the utility room. Really like the idea of having a place to make for a basement and making a carport or garage next to utility room entry. However, I am not a green person and would have to change color scheme. The kitchen sink, I do NOT like and the fact that in the 2nd bath there is no place to put linens. The 2nd sink in master bath would have to go to give more counter space. Then it would be the perfect home for me!
