Hello, here’s my version of sweet pork w/eggs. Please adjust the sweetness and saltiness to your taste buds.

Ingredients:
2 1/2 lbs pork belly sliced to your liking
1 tsp dark soy sauce
1 TB oyster sauce
2 tsp vegetable oil
2 TB chopped garlic
8-9 slices of ginger
1 stalk Lemon grass
3/4 cup lightly packed brown sugar (or 1/2 cup packed)
1 TB palm sugar
1/3 cup soy sauce
1 TB sweet soy sauce
1/4 tsp five spice powder
5-6 kaffir lime leaves
4 star anise
12 Eggs (more or less)
4 1/2 cups water
Cook on medium for 45 minutes then low 30 minutes.
