Have you ever drink 'Dragon dhelum' ???you need promegranate and dragon fruits.it's a one of best for these hot days. May tripple gems bless you Your loving Poorna❤️ How turn on the subtitles ÷ There is a 3 dots in the right Up corner in the video , tap it and go for captions and select your language 🤗🤗 Poorna ❤❤ බතලේ....😍 බතල කියන්නේ ඉතිං ලොකු පොඩි වෙනසක් නැතිව අපි හැමෝම කන්න ආස දෙයක්.බතල වල තියෙන පැනිරස නිසා පුංචි දරුවන්ට නම් පහසුවෙන්ම බතල කවාගන්න පුලුවන්.පොඩි අයට උනත් බතල කවනකොට හැමදාම එකම විදියට දෙන්න එපා.අපිට උනත් හැමදාම එකම විදියට කෑමක් ගන්නවානම් ඒක එපා වෙනවනේ නේද?පොඩ්ඩන්ට උනත් ගුණ දේ රසවත්ව දෙන්න ඔයාලත් පුරුදු වෙන්න ඕන.මම ඉස්සර මායාට එහෙම කන්න දෙනකොට එයාගෙ බත් එකට සුප් ටිකක් එහෙම කලවම් කරලා දෙනවා.අනේ මුකුත් නොදන්න අහිංසකී මාලු සුවදට කනව ඉතිං.. අන්න එහෙම තමයි අපි වැඩ කරන්න ඕන 😁 ඒත් දැන් මට එහෙම කරන්න එයා නෑනේ.😥 ජනප්‍රවාදයේ එන කතාවක් තියෙනවා බතල ගැන.මේකෙ සත්‍යය අසත්‍යය බවනම් හරියටම දන්නේ නෑ.මටත් කිව්වේ මගේ නැන්දා.මං පොඩි කාලේ ඉදන්ම එයාගේ කතන්දර අහ අහා බත් ගිලින්න හරි ආසයි.ටිකක් ලොකු වෙද්දි තමයි මං තේරුම් ගත්තෙ එයා නම් වෙනස් කර කර එකම කතාව නේද බොලේ කියලා තියෙන්නේ කියලා...😂 ඔන්න ඉස්සර එක ගෙදරක හිටියලු ජෝඩුවක්.පුතයි ලේලියි.ඉතිං දවසක් මෙයාලව බලන්න අම්මා ආවලු.ඉතිං මේ ලේලි ඉක්මනට කුස්සියට ගිහින් කුස්සියෙ තිබුන බත් එක හැංගුවලු අම්මටත් දෙන්න වෙයි කියලා හිතලා.ඊට පස්සේ අම්මා යනකන් ඉදලා ගියාලු බත් බෙදාගන්න.ගිහින් බැලින්නම් බත් මුට්ටිය ලේ වෙලාලු.රතුම රතු පාටයිලු.ඉතිං ලේලී බත් එක විසි කරාලු.පස්සේ ටික දවසක් ගියාම අර ලේ උන බත් එක විසි කරපු තැන මොනවද පැල වෙලාලු.ටික දවසක් ගිහින් අලත් බැහැලලු.අන්න ඒ අල වලටලු ළමයි, බත --> ලේ උන අල නිසා බතලේ එහෙම නැත්නම් බතල කියන්නේ.. අම්මට තාත්තට නෙවෙයි කාට උනත්..සතෙක්ට උනත් නරක විදියට සලකන්න හොද නෑ කියන ආදර්ශයනම් අපිට මේ කතාවෙන් ගන්න පුලුවන්..♥️ ඔය කීමට කියනවා නේද ඉස්සර මිනිස්සුන්ට ඉහෙන් බහින ලෙඩක් නෑ කියලා.ඒ ඇත්තෝ පොඩි එකා කාලේ ඉදන්ම ගමේ ගොඩේ අල බතල කාලා ඉදපු නිසා තමයි ඒ.ගහක මුල හොද වෙන තරමට ඒ ගහ ශක්තිමත්.ඒ වගේම තමයි පොඩි කාලේ දරුවන්ට දෙන ආහාර එයාලගේ ජීවිතේට හොද හෝ නරක විදියට ලොකු බලපෑමක් කරනවා.ඒ නිසා පුලුවන් තරමින් මේ අල බතල වර්ග කෑම වේලට එකතු කරගන්න.🌿 බතල කෙදි සහ ජලය බහුලව අඩංගු ආහාරයක් වන අතර කැලරි අඩු ප්‍රමාණයකින් යුක්තයි.කෙදි සහිත බව නිසා පහසුවෙන් ආහාර ජීර්ණය වෙන අතරම අම්ලපිත්ත රෝගයටත් ඉතා ගුණයි.ජලය අධිකව අඩංගු වීම නිසා මෙය බර අඩුකරගැනීමටත් සුදුසු ආහාරයක් ලෙස හදුන්වන්න පුලුවන්.එමගින් නිතර බඩගිනි ඇතිවීමද පාලනය කරනවා. කෝ කෝ මේ අක්කලා නංගිලා ටික?.... කහ බතල වල කැරට් වලටත් වඩා බීටා කැරොටීන් අඩංගුයි කියලා ඔයාලා දන්නවද?..ඒ කියන්නේ නිතර බතල ආහාරයට ගන්න අයට පැහැපත් සමක් හිමිවෙනවා කියන එකයි..😍 මීට පස්සෙනම් ඔන්න බතල කන්නම වෙයි හොදේ... අද මං ඔයාලට බතල වලින් කේක් එකක් හදන විදිය පෙන්නනවා.ඇත්තටම හරිම රසයි.ඒ වගේම පොඩි බබාලට වගේම ලොකු බබාලටත්😀ගොඩක් ගුණයි.ඔයාලත් හදලා බලන්නකෝ.හැබැයි අනිවාර්යයෙන්ම මතක තියාගන්න ඕන.ඔයාලා ලිපේ හදනකොට,උඩින් වහන පියන හරියට සීල් වෙන්නෙ නැත්නම් කේක් එකේ ඇතුල අමු වෙනවා.එහෙම නැත්නම් පරන චීත්තයක් අරගන ඒක පියන වටේට එලියෙන් රවුමට තියලා තද කරන්න.එතකොට ඇතුලේ වාතය එලියට යන්නේ නෑ.කේක් එක හොදටම එනවා..😍 බතල වලින් කිරි රොටි හදන එකනම් ගොඩක් අය දන්නවනේ.ඒත් බිත්තර එක්ක බතල කොල හින්දලා කාලා නැතුව ඇති.ඒකටනම් ගොඩක්ම ආස උනේ මල්ලි තමයී...💛 මේ සේරම රස බලන ගමන් ඩ්‍රැගන් දෙළුම් එකත් හදලා බීලම බලන්නකෝ.හරිම රසයි ඊටත් වඩා හරිම ගුණයි..🌿 මේ දවස් වල ගොඩක් පායන නිසා හරිම රස්නෙයි.ඉතිං ඔයාලාට පුලුවන් විදියට වතුර භාජන කෑම එහෙම තියන්න.ගොඩක් සත්තු මේ කාලේට වතුර කෑම නැතුව මැරෙනවා.😥 වී කියන්නේ ගිරව් ආසම කෑමක්.ඉතිං එයාලා වෙනුවෙන් මං පුංචි ලස්සන නිර්මාණයකුත් කරා.ඔයාලගේ අදහස් මටත් කියලා යන්න.සොබාදහමට ලං වෙන්න.උතුම් කෙනෙකු ලෙස මේ කෙටි ජීවිතය ගතකර නික්ම යන්න.ඔයාලා හැමෝටම තෙරුවන් සරණයි...!! ඔයාලගේ ආදරණීය පූර්ණා♥️
