1/4cup - Chopped Onion
1 Spice Blend Cube
All Purpose Seasoning - tt
Salt - tt
Pre Cooked Cow Foot
1 - Habanero Pepper
To Make Stew
Palm Oil
1 Medium Red Onion
2 Medium Tomatoes
1 Spice Blend Cube
1tbsp - Shrimp Powder
To Cook Okra
2cups - Water (More If You Want The Stew Light)
2cups - Okra Chopped
1/2tsp - Ginger Paste or Grated
Baking Soda - A Pinch or Two If You Like Your Stew With More Drawl or Slimy

im half nigerian, but raised by my american mother in the US so i always eat nigerian food when with my father/family/friends but never cooked it. i married a Ghanaian who always craves west african food understandably and usually cooks for us himself. i used this recipe for his bday to surprise him so he isn't always having to make his own food when a craving hits. now im stuck, the secret is out thanks to you and i now cant avoid having to make his food sometimes too😅. in summary, it was a big hit. thanks for your content!

I just made my first okro stew using your recipe tutorial and it turned out great. I didn't use baking soda but the draw was okay. I asked for baking soda and my boyfriend brought corn starch lol..... thank you !!! This was very easy to follow and I enjoyed it very much.
