To Season & Steam Meat
2lbs - Goat Meat
1tsp - Aniseed or tt
1/2tsp - Cumen or tt
3 - Garlic Cloves or tt
1-2 - Thumbs Sizes Ginger
1 - Habanero Pepper
1/4 - Large Onion
All Purpose Seasoning - tt
Salt - tt
4tbsp - Tomato Paste
Vegetables
3 - Fresh Tomatoes
1 - Large Onion or 2 Medium Sizes
2 -Habanero Peppers or tt

This looks amazing. I am an Asian man my colleague brought in peanut butter soup with goat meat for last years potluck. Although soup tasted ok the meat was pretty tough and had a strong unpleasant after taste not sure if washed properly. I came here to get inspired give a second chance and it did not disappoint. Will have to try making it some time and let you know how it goes. Thank you for sharing your recipe with all of us!

You can try preparing it with beef instead. I prefer beef amd add smoked turkey. It's sooooooo goooood!

African flavours are so similar. In Zimbabwe the peanut butter would be in the rice and the goat soup or stew would be onion and tomato. So I see myself easily eating this and still feeling like its a taste of home. Delicious.
