@paulaoyedele2081 Hi, I am still devastated at the death of my beloved Maltese, who died in August of 2023 around the age of 15. I feel like being hit by a truck. Many times, I also feel like being suffocated along with a sense of despair and hopelessness. I've never felt this kind of grief in the 60 years of my life. You must be feeling similarly. I feel your pain because your pain is my pain. I am hoping all of us who lost a beloved pet can eventually recover...

​@@hopydaddy.... Yes, it is a grief that I never expected. I have chronic illness and have limitations.... She was always with me 24 hrs a day ..... Never spent a night apart in 12 years 8 months. There are times my arms ache to hold her and kiss her head. I had a dream that I saw her, petted her and cuddled her then woke up.....it was amazing.....it felt very real.
