I am seriously thinking of getting one! I have come up with several ideas I like to make and watching her videos almost makes me feel like a pro! This looks like it can be great fun of doing! I am looking to make vinyl stickers decals to put on my car! Mine are going to be so custom nobody doesn't have it yet on their car and it will be a good laugh of joy! Guaranteed! More likely to embarrassed for others!

Can you also, include the longevity of the vinyl & iron on... depending on the surface it is applied to. Maybe recommended to extend or ensure it lasts longer on the item or what not to do. I saw some videos that state sometimes the vinyl doesn't last on cups etc. Just curious 🤔

So I do have 1 question! This video was extremely informative and I feel like I could jump right in and start cutting vinyls made in the Design Space app, but, my question is, if we have our own designs pre-made through a different app (i.e, Photoshop, Desygner etc) how would those be imported? Is it even possible? Also, does the Circut Joy cut out normal paper stickers or is it designed just to cut out vinyl stickers?

My son wants me to label a name on his winter coat!,but the coat has a very thin material and I know for sure if I try to use iron on vinyl the coat material will burn. How can I get it to go straight across the top of vinyl? Mine keeps going on left side from top to bottom.. so it's cutting straight down the left side. I mean, it does work.. but then I'm left with alllllll that space from about a half inch from left to the right side and several inches down .

I just got my Cricut Joy yesterday and have been playing with it. Can you tell me WHY it will only cut a negative space for some of the L words. ex: the word All only 1 of the l's cut the negative Space. ex: 3 lines All Purpose Flour the first L in all the negative space is cut but not in the second L and the L in Flour the negative space is not cut. I have the same problem. I am using the Cricut vinyl and Cricut transfer tape. I burnish very well. The transfer tape doesn’t pull up the vinyl off the backing paper no matter how hard I burnish. I wonder if my transfer tape is defective?
