- Bananas - 3-4 pcs.
- Egg - 1 pc.
- Cocoa - 25 g.
- Wheat flour - 200 g.
- Sugar - 100 g.
- Baking powder - 10 g.
- Fresh milk - 150 g.
- Cow butter - 30 g.
- Sunflower oil - 70 ml.
- Remove both ends of the bananas, cut them in half lengthwise and peel them.
- Put the egg and 90 g of sugar in a bowl. We mix well. Then the sunflower oil and fresh milk. We mix well.
Sieve the flour, cocoa and baking powder through a sieve. Stir the mixture well.
- Melt the cow's butter in a pan and caramelize the remaining /10 g/ of sugar over low heat.
- Arrange the bananas tightly with the cut side on top of the sugar and pour the mixture over them.
- Put the lid on the pan and cook on low heat for 20 minutes.
- We check with a toothpick whether the cake is ready. Turn it over on a plate, and if necessary return it to the pan on the other side for about 5 minutes.
Serve as a dessert or with afternoon tea.
