I am a musician of 41 years who has only bought gear from Sweetwater since the 90’s. The other competitor drove me nuts and I swore I’d never shop there. Having a rep is awesome and Sweetwater’s customer service is second to none. I can’t wait to buy some gear and load my fridge!

i love sweetwater. My sales expert is Aaron Regenold and he is a badass. Anytime I order new gear I look forward to the call from him just saying "hey saw you ordered this, it's on it's way". That type of customer service is what makes me come back. Sweetwater has the feel of your home town music store but online.
