She doesn't take damage if you shoot at her, the car as well. If this situation happens again I'll try around and see if you can do it any other way.

I had something like at 1:37 happen to me once, but in Vice City. A cop just slid over to my car in the standing pose and busted me while the car was moving. Like what?

Oh yes, that happens a lot in Vice City and GTA 3. I have a few clips like that featured on my Vice City fail videos. :)

Not really sure, but it has happened to me more than once. Both times I left Big Smoke alone and jumped down onto the street during the shootout. It might be connected to that.
