Great info, I have purchased a FD1 for fishing, however I have only been able to calibrate it and the fly about 20 yards before the "Battery Low" indicator came on and the battery won't charge. Have been attempting to correct this issue with the company for over 2 weeks, to no avail. Buy at your own risk.

FD1 has no sensor on the bottom it makes sense because it’s meant for water .. the RTH is normal when the drone returns home comes back not exactly where the controller is.. it’s in the manual .. a few feet away from the controller for safety of the pilot.. This is original by design..

you don't need that payload release ring at all, the less junk on your trace/leader the better. Both my DJI Phantom 3 & 4 fishing drones are much faster by miles so not sure what you're talking about. FD1 is like a tractor in comparison. I run my FD1 at max payload all the time without any vibration so again no idea what you are talking about. That is bad advice about RTH. We never use it ever. Always fly manual and simply push stick forward to fly bait out then pull it back to return with no need to turn the drone around. If anything goes wrong in auto mode you're stuffed so only use RTH in emergencies. The brush is a good idea... first thing we do is biff the lanyard so wondering how much actual fishing you really do. The FPV review part was excellent. I agree that batteries are super important but never had an issue ever with the supplied charger. If you go fishing a lot like I do then batteries are never in storage ever. Have you ever actually tested 'H' or 'headless" mode on an FD1? Maybe it's just my drone but I have found it to be the most problematic mode on Swellpro drones. I fly an FD1 pretty much every day the weather lets me. Never had a problem landing manually ever and for the record I fish solo and run my drones solo.

The splashdrone 3 doesn’t a 2 kg payload

Today my Splashdrone while flying a prop flew off. NO it was not incorrectly installed. I found the base that the prop is connected to came off. This base has three small screws holding it to the motor had come loose. The drone crashed and damaged the prop and the dome on top of the drone. ON checking the other bases I found a further two was also loose. Question.. Has this happened to other fishers and how many lost the drone because it happened over water. I would very much like to hear from you.. NOTE there is a special screw driver to refit the screws.

you need to push the image transmission inside the fd1 you have 40 channel to choose from then hold the auto search o on your google ..mine works well on channel 4 at set D ...YOUR GOOGLE IS NOT CALIBRATED WELL

Got a link/name of the Australian retailer or dealer that sells drones for fishing just wanna look around to make the official choice to buying one, as I'm not sure if I'm looking at a scam site or a legitimate site that's over seas
