Do you need to build views programmatically for this to work?

Hi James. Good question. Though I haven't yet tried it I suspect no. This should work with nibs too. Have not tried with storyboards. But I don't think its limited to programmatic only. Cheers.

If anyone else has an issue like I did where the SwiftUI preview canvas doesn't appear automatically, Command-Option-Return toggles it.

@@swiftarcade7632 No problem. Yeah actually it's funny you mention that. I'm messing around with it right now and it isn't quite a real-time preview for me. As you change "Button3" to "Button Hello" you're seeing updates with every key pressed. For me it doesn't update until I hit Return to go to the next line of code or hit Command-Option-P. Any idea what might be happening?

@@devin3575 No idea. I think it depends on the layou and the power of your machine/laptop. Sometimes it works. Sometimes it doesn't. I found I still needed to run in the simulator to see what was really happening. It will get there. It will just take some time. Cheers.

I guess this does not work in certain situations. For example, on MacBook with m1 chip this does not work. Anyway swiftui projects work perfectly.

@@swiftarcade7632 i m on iMac m1 chip and get this error "xxxx app quit unexpectedly. Click Reopen to open the application again. Click Report to see more detailed information and send a report to Apple."
