Editing to give you an actual recommendation: BTS is great in MV's, but live is where they really shine. Their live performance of ON on the Jimmy Fallon show where they took over Grand Central Station is amazing... also they did a whole week of live performances on Jimmy Fallon more recently that you could check out too (Idol, Home, Black Swan, Dynamite, Microcosmos). These guys are also hilarious so them on Carpool Karaoke with James Cordon is great too... Basically just Google "BTS live" and watch whatever comes up... you wont be disappointed.

You should give Mic Drop, Black Swan, or On Kinetic Manifesto Film a try. Some of their best songs though are the songs without music videos. For those I would recommend Louder Than Bombs, Blue and Grey, or Paradise. They have so many songs, it's hard to pick only a few to suggest! Their lyrics are deep, so keep an eye on them.

The best thing about BTS, apart from the depth of their message, is how diverse their styles are. You can go from something as hype as this to pure hip hop, to the incredibly chill jazz/lounge sound of ‘Rain’. They’re amazing.

Watch the “ENTIRE” 2019 MMA awards. They do a 37m set but you can really get a feel of them and their talent. Especially the very last song. BTS is beyond amazing and talented and quite possibly the hardest working I have ever seen. To top it off their live performance is even better than the videos.

When you start watching bts I hope you know what you’re getting yourself into lol I was definitely a blink before part of army.... and I still love my blackpink girls.... but bts had so much more music, music videos, live performances, solo songs and you will be blown away even the dance practices and stuff.... like bts is on another level... they’re very different from blackpink.... and again I’m still a blink and love blackpink... but you have no idea how good bts really is and how deep their artistry and content goes.... they’re insane!!!! What makes BTS different is that they make their own music. They are heavily involved with the creation of their music. All of them can write, compose, produce songs. One member whose name is J-hope also make choreography. Another called Suga was an established music producer already before joining BTS.

People are definitely gonna recommend a lot of their newer tracks, and they're great, but I really wish newer fans got introduced to the "The Most Beautiful Moments in Life" storyline. So, personally, I'd recommend I Need U, not only being part of that time period but also being a monumental song for the growth of their group. Honestly if anybody really wants to get into their group I think it's sooooo good to really check out BTS's full history, their concepts, storylines, and messages have been A1 since day 1.

And yes, they are sexy af, BUT even though nobody is going to deny it, their confidence comes in front of the camera, they are so goofy behind cameras or in their reality show. They are humble guys, not the typical superstar that goes out with a lot of people and thinks he/she is the sexiest person alive etc. The blond guy in Fire was the doctor in Dope (he is hella cute/attractive/sexy/well-mannered/grounded). World Wide Handsome Jin. I'm not Jin biased (or am I a bit? this is soooo difficult!), but man... I love him. And usually we love all 7 equally, I guess bc they all bring something to the group as you noticed they are well-balanced (and if you watch other content than their music, you HAVE TO love them as friends/brothers). It is not like what we understand as a boy/girl group: 1 vocalist, the rest are backing vocals, harmonizers and for appealing to different people. Not fair to those (and yes, I'm thinking of a couple of groups I'm not gonna mention). And YES, Dynamite is the one odd out xD Well done with these 2 videos! If you like hiphop rap, whenever you feel like it, you could start from their beginning: No more dream+We are bulletproof pt 2+N.O. I'd say If you prefer to mix up things and/or different styles: Airplane pt 2+Black Swan+ON (I'm not suggesting solo songs, but feel free to let us know if you want individual introductions!)

Nice reaction as a first timer. You have to note that since the beginning BTS write their own songs, produce their own music and choreograph their own dance with the help of their own company crews. And their songs are their own stories that's why they are so relatable.

As you’re coming from the K-pop angle, I’d like to inform you that most BTS fans aren’t actually K-pop fans in general but exclusive fans of BTS. BTS are actually the biggest recording artists in the world but they started very small and had to struggle their way up. They are unique but it is because of them that K-pop is getting a lot more attention by the general public worldwide. Many BTS fans don’t even like the K-pop label for BTS because they think it limits them. If you see K-pop just as a synonym for Korean popular music, the label is OK, but often people have a certain perception which is limiting.

They are the music biggest group in the world right now period. They were the best selling music artist in the world in 2020 beating Taylor Swift and Drake, they are also the best selling music artists of all time in South Korea. I kind of laugh a little when people say 7 is a lot for a group when other kpop groups like Seventeen has 13 members and NCT has 23 members. BTS do so many different genres so a lot of BTS fans don't even like to call them a kpop group because they do it all hiphop, rnb, pop, edm, jazz, neo-soul, and latin. They were originally a hiphop group with 2 of the members (RM and Suga) being underground rappers in South Korea before joining BTS. There are 7 members (3 rappers and 4 vocalists) Jin age 28 vocalist, Suga age 28 rapper, J-Hope age 27 rapper, RM age 26 group leader and rapper, Jimin age 25 vocalist, V age 25 vocalist, and Jungkook age 23 vocalist. They started formation in 2010 and officially debuted as a group in 2013. BTS came from small company that was at one point near bankruptcy and because of their success now that same company is now worth billions.
