Imagine being consumed by sharpening your blade so much you don't even see, in the corner of your eye, let alone hear, how your buddy is getting slaughtered right NEXT TO YOU. The AI is really breaking immersion, it's like fighting mannequins.

This happens in a lot of stealth games lmao, it’s dumb but it’s for balance reasons. If the npc were hyper aware at all times it would just become hard for the sakes of being hard.

⁠@@sebastianherrera6514yea no. Real stealth games from 10 or so years ago had mechanics where the IA would detect dead bodies. Thats the way it should be. You wanna run around aimlessly not caring about the stealth aspect of the game then go play an action adventure game. The dumbing down of ia in stealth games for casuals like you is one of the defining reasons the stealth genre is as good as dead.

I miss AC: Unity’s gameplay style. Ubisoft was really on to something with Unity. They expanded on it a little with Syndicate, but then they just abandoned that style of AC. And, unfortunately, I’ve lost all hope that they will ever go back to that style of AC. It’s such a shame.

u can play swiftly with acufixes mod while playing ac unity but yeah, the original mechanics seems to evolve backwards nowadays, let alone mirage

I enjoyed your gameplay man! The game looks so smooth, but I’m a bit disappointed that there isn’t more variation in the takedown animations. It seems like there are only 4 that play out most of the time
