Awesome test! I know I hook my hose sprayer to my ladder sometimes when I am floating around and it does cool the water off to me.

I'm gonna have to do this awesome idea because there is nothing worse than getting in a pool that's 90+ degrees. BTW. I installed the Hayward SP1091LX Skimmer in our Coleman. I was a little nervous at having to cut into the liner but it is SO worth I tell you. All the debris goes into that thing. I DIY some piping so I can still use the original skimmer ports while the kids swim and turn off the inlet for the skimmer so no small toys get sucked in. Right now I am thinking that I may have to remove the pool at the end of the summer and put some more sand for next year to level it more. There's a 3in difference from one side to other but so far it has survived the kiddos thank GOD. Keep up the great videos sir.

I put three 4x4x12 posts up and a triangular solar shade over the pool with paracord down to cleats on the posts. So I can adjust the tightness or take it down. It cools the pool and allows my family to swim at noon much more safely.

Yes I said we need a shad over the pool when it's this hot..It's bad when it's to hot to swim. LOL

Brilliant idea and we'll made buddy, im sure it will work to cool the water. Remember what you did with that ice water the next time you are relaxing in the pool of having a nap in your chair outside, revenge is best served cold ice cold lol. Take care stay safe and God bless buddy

Are you measuring water loss through evaporation? That is likely the source of cooling effects of the sprinkler. Similar to cooling towers in large commercial buildings.
