I had a twitch for a few weeks. Was driving me nuts. It has finally stopped a few days ago. My thought is it was my body bringing me back to the present, in the moment. I really worked on that the past few days. I also pushed myself hard out of my comfort zone which we know is hard for us bulls but it was a very needed push to get me out of stuck.
