The bold pros are mostly American and try to teach recreational golfers to do things they cannot do. The Old Pro is in a different class. Cheers and thanks.

I like this thought of the right knee move. I have tried this and it really works as it definitely holds my shoulders back, and therefore I feel that my head has stayed behind the ball. Rather than thinking weight shift left I just think as you have explained, right knee to left toe. This is an easy move to adopt.. It would be really good if you could eventually produce some improved quality videos with better sound and in a better environment, as your advice is well worth listening to.

yes good video; the rotational force of your body led by your knees should govern your arm/club head speed. It is a good warm up drill.

Yes your knees but first your hips and shoulders followed by arms in a circular but rotating motion with no hip shift and 60 percent of your weight on your front foot...... there now you got it
