It took 2 hours and I condensed it to 17 minutes. I need to loosen up a little and not overwork paintings. Do you do that too?

@@PattyPuckettPouringArt I would love to see it. Always wanted to go to Hawaii! In my “Bob Ross” period I would paint a sky the did not look realistic BUT they were. I have photos to prove it….lol.

Aloha Patty! Thanks for sharing your technique. I've often admired this theme. You can swipe, add color, swipe, repeat and play. No rules. I love the colors too. Did you do brushwork where the sunset meets the water. Too much pollen here to paint outside. This inspires me.

That's the great thing about swiping. Except it dries fast here. I got rid of the cells mostly. Thanks Melodie!

It’s very pretty only one thing I don’t like is the hard line that separates the sunset with the water should have blended just my thought

Thanks so much for watching. I'm sitting right now looking at the horizon, it's always a straight line. However, with Abstract, we can do what we want. 🙂 Thanks for your comment.
