Happy Monday DN, I have both the Victorinox EvoGrip S17 & the original Wenger EvoGrip S17 models . IMO the original Wenger model is the better one , the Wenger Claw can opener works much better than the Victorinox can opener & the fact that the Wenger's Awl can be opened so much easier because there is a cut out in the scale & the nail nick faces outwards meaning you dont have to break a nail trying to opening it unlike on the Victorinox model were the nail nick faces inwards & is pressed up against the corkscrew

The four layer swiss army knifes are a nice weight for their size the overgrown fat one is the champ that weighs nearly half a pound or 208 grams to be more precise which I consider to be way to heavy for a pocket knife I already own the Evo grip 10 that is basically the same as the Spartan apart from the nail file that replaces the small blade but I am thinking about getting an Evo grip s17 even though they can be problematic in the UK because of the locking blade but can be added to a collection with no problem
