Banggood sells hdmi 4x2 KVM matrix. It has the advantage of including KVM switch to the matrix so you can use 2 sets of mouse and keyboard sets to steer all of your devices. It also switches the picture much faster.

I would presume the freezing occurs as the switch receives the signal requirements from the newly-connected display. For those not familiar with how HDMI works, the display device sends the source device information about what kind of signal it accepts so that the source device doesn't output something the display device can't work with (such as resolution, frame rate, and whether the video should be progressive or interlaced). We don't usually see the video freeze like that because we're usually connecting a source device to a single display, and that display would simply be showing whatever it's programmed to show until the "handshake" process completes. In this case, the display that's already connected is simply continuing to be fed what the switch is being fed, but the switch likely has to pause for a moment to "handshake" with the OTHER display, then continue as it was. In other words, it's a feature, not a bug. At least that's my best guess.

Roberto, I hope all is well. I have been looking at updating the firmware on a minix neo x8-h plus from the original Android 4.4 system to a Android 5.1.1.
