Love how he collects the group before starting. Lowering the voice really low to get their attention, satting them down while standing up and makes sure to place himself in front of a wall to clear any possible distractions. Throws in some demonstrations of looking over your shoulder just to top it off aswell. Great content!

It’s to move the ball away from the side of the field where there is pressure or congestion, to the other side where there is more open space. If you do it quickly it opens up a new point of attack before the defending team can reestablish their defensive structure. It is the main way of retaining possession when you do not have high percentage passing options. There is always space available in the field and it’s usually at the areas furthest from the ball, so moving the ball quickly to those areas gives you time and space to retain possession and look for better opportunities to attack.
