We've covered Super Mario Odyssey's captures and Super Mario Odyssey's kingdoms, but one of the most memorable parts of the game has to be its outfits, so in this video, we're going to be ranking all 58 outfits in Super Mario Odyssey, including everything in the base game and all of the outfits that were added as DLC!

My favorite costume is the Bowser's tuxedo, or the Mario 64 outfit (i never even played Super Mario 64 before when i got odyssey, but i did like the outfit) i do also like the Sunshine outfit

For my last place, it has to be the inviabilitiy cap. It's the only costume in the game that actually effects your game and not in a good way either. It's a lot like mario wonders invisibility badge (they both have invisibility in the name no wonder(no pun intended) there so similar.) where you can't see mario at all and it makes it hard to navigate a kingdom. Also when you throw cappy he isn't invisible so that kinda defeats the whole purpose.

I’m pretty sure the Gold Mario outfit actually is a NSMB2 reference - if you face Bowser while wearing it, he seems to be a bit scared, referencing how Gold Mario’s fireballs could one-shot him in NSMB2.

This could be a stretch, but I do think the sailor outfit might just be a Popeye reference. In the arcade Popeye game that Nintendo has made, he is wearing an all white sailor outfit just like that. And since the game Donkey Kong, Mario's game of origin, was originally supposed to be a Popeye game, then Mario's sailor outfit might just be a reference to that.

An article I’ve seen says that Mario was born October 11, *1955,* not 1964. Charles Martinet was born a month before that. I wonder if you were joking when you said Mario was born in 1964. Nintendo was clearly referencing Super Mario 64.
