I was so lucky to meet Daniela Marino in Switzerland. What an inspiring personality this woman is. Cutiss can change the World to a better place. It is beyond fantastic to help people on a scale Cutiss can. My biggest respect to Daniela, Fabienne and all the smart people behind Cutiss.

I trained to be a helicopter pilot. The first couple of times they only let you ‘fly’ half an hour straight and level and you come out exhausted and sweat-drenched, but once you have got it, they are a lot of fun to fly

Such a great content! As an Italian though I'm double sided: on one hand I'm very happy of seeing some fellow Italians doing such innovative things, right on the edge of innovation. On the other hand it's so sad seeing them doing this in Switzerland, just because Italy is not capable to retain talents and is not the right platform to let innovation thrive...so unlucky.

@@martin00095 i'm from Milano, so i know that "italian" part of swiss is italian-speaking... but people in this video - is a NATIVE BORN ITALIANS , who was born in Italy and then relocated to Switzerland

@@HEX-qw7qp but they are in Switzerland because we Swiss allow them to actually do this research, it’s not as easy to do such things in a other countries and I’m extremely thankful that I’ve grown up in a country that pushes for research in technology and science.

​@@HEX-qw7qpOf course an italian would say that because all you know is ticino. North of the alps is the biggest part of switzerland and the biggest immigrant group are germans, but yes there are many italians also in the french and german speaking parts and swiss like italians and italy

It's fun and interesting to see an American reacting to Europe. Especially someone like Ash. To see his expectations confounded or confirmed. Anyone who has ever been in a small flying machine will know just how terrifying that helicopter ride must have been. I'm sure the pilot was very skilled, but I think Scott Manley summed up it up best when he described a helicopter as "100 points of failure brought together and made to fly" ...

Honestly this is one of the most intriguing, entertaining and original (content-wise) video I've seen in a long time. Kept me hooked throughout and left me with amazement. I've been thinking about moving from Germany to Switzerland for quite a few years now and I think this might have been the final nudge to make me actually try it. If I don't try it, I'm sure I would regret it for the rest of my life.

I wish he would create a balancing control mechanism for tilt-rotor remote control aircraft like the Kai Yin KY-Z2. Even a Peraves MonoRacer remote control verzion with it.

I lived all my life in Switzerland. I must say that venture capital funding is very competitive and most of the times targeted to university researchers who wish to make it on the startup scene like on this documentary.
