I rode the same route in 2016. I am still amazed at riding through the fortification at Lutzisteig. I did NOT expect that.

@@SigisTravelVideos I was riding from Andermatt to Fussen via the Bielerhohe. The fortress took me completely by surprise. This is why I travel on backroads as much as possible.

Nice drive, first through the beautiful Chur, then through Rhine Valley north of it, parralel with the A13. Drove the motorway there a few times, but didn't have time to further explore the region also from the local roads, thanks a lot for the video, greetings from a fellow roadtripper and creator from Germany!

Sehr schones Video Sigi; beide Staaten sind wirklich sehr schoen und die Aufnahme bringt das auch so rueber! Bemerkenswert auch die Panzersperre in Grenznaehe, Toblerone Weg - die gibt es auch an der Grenze von Luxembourg und dem einstigen deutschen Reich (Westwall) / heute Saarland. Great video man. Just a quick question. Don’t you need to yield to pedestrians crossing the street (in situations like 2:28) in Europe?

Yes, you do need to yield to pedestrians crossing the street on a crosswalk. In that particular situation, they crossed the crosswalk right behind a truck and there was no time to stop before the crosswalk.

Das sind wunderschöne Videos, die Du uns schenkst, vielen lieben Dank dafür. Ich hätte eine Frage zu den Fußgängerüberwegen: Mir als Deutschem stockt immer der Atem wenn ich links Fußgänger auf dem Zebrastreifen sehe und Ihr dennoch weiterfahrt... bei uns gäb das bannich Ärger, wie wir im Norden gern sagen, sähe das ein Polizist, denn wir müßten in den meisten Fällen anhalten (da es den nachfolgenden Verkehr nicht gefährden würde). Wie schaut das in der Schweiz aus? Habt Ihr da andere Regelungen? Ah, nochmals Daumen hoch und das Abo hab ich schon laaaange gegeben ;-)
