1) Get Enough protein, aim for atleast 1g/lb of bodyweight 2) Use supersets in your workout routine 3) Utilize carbs properly, more carbs on lifting days and no carbs rest day AKA Carb Cycling 4) Cardio should hurt, use something like HIIT 5) Lift with a plan, work smarter, not always harder. Lift heavy weights close to failure for greater calorie expenditure

Steve you're not suppose to ask for double chicken from the start. Let them do one scoop THEN tell them you want double. That way you can see you're not getting screwed out of you chicken!

+Robbie Quinn nah bro you say get half a serving of chicken and it will be like 3/4 and then get half a serving of steak which is another 3/4 but you only get charged for 1 serving

Robbie Quinn another pro tip is ask for a double wrap burrito (2 tortillas). then you can get double rice and double beans without the thing exploding
