@@fratenebram We are currently working on part 2 of the I.33 course, and this won't be the final one. And I guess I will next work on courses for other sword & shield combinations, such as Viking shield plus hand weapons/spear etc.

I.33 is the earliest written source we have found. Given literacy rates and the survivability of paper, I dont hold much hope for finding anything that old.
